Michigan Board of Education voted to adopt the Michigan Science Standards

On Tuesday November 10, 2015 the Michigan Board of Education voted to adopt the Michigan Science Standards by a vote of 5 to 1. Detailed information will continue to be posted on the MDE web site: https://www.michigan.gov/mde/0,1607,7-140-28753_38684_28760–-,00.html

Michigan, one of the original lead states, is the 17th state to have adopted the Next Generation Science Standards.
