Unit 8.5B: "And Snow It Begins": Weather
In this unit, students use simulations, demonstrations, models, research, and data analysis to discover the different ways that Michigan snowstorms form. The Unit Challenge centers on Michigan because its unique geographic position makes it an excellent context to explore how Earth’s features affect weather.
