Thank you Mi-STAR Teachers!

It’s Teacher Appreciation Week, which is the perfect excuse for us at Mi-STAR to tell everyone about the amazing teachers who are helping to develop and pilot test the new Mi-STAR curricula. Their enthusiasm and heart for their work has been inspiring for us all.

Over 50 teachers from 18 districts have been an integral part of this effort just in the past year. When we first started working with them, we asked why they chose this profession and what motivates them to stay in it. We found that they care enormously about kids, and are committed to the future of society as a whole. Partner teachers are bringing this commitment to the Mi-STAR curriculum, which takes learning beyond the classroom to inspire students in meeting the needs of our communities and world.

These incredible teachers are giving us hope for our kids and for our future.
