Come hear how experienced teachers in Kalamazoo have been adapting Mi-STAR materials for their EL students, who come to them speaking many languages and with a variety of fluency levels in English.
The Mi-STAR Learning Series offers virtual presentations and discussions via Zoom on topics relevant to middle school science teachers. Breakout rooms and a whole group discussion component follows each presentation to promote a sense of community and collaboration among participants.
